The only thing to do before you enter Mt. Moon is to heal your Pokemon. Walk into the PokeCenter, and heal your
Pokemon, but before you leave, talk to the person in the lower right by the PC to buy a Magikarp for $500. It may seem
like a lot of money, but it will pay off when your Magikarp evolves into one of the best Pokemon in the game: Gyrados.
Now you can proceed into Mt. Moon.
